History

We are a small family business established in 2019 on the big island of Hawaii. Our mission is to bring individuals and families
closer to nature in a healthy way by sharing our supplements, amazing plant based recipes, and lifestyle merchandise. As a family one day we drew a line in the sand and went cold turkey on meat, dairy, sugar, and so much more. We did so for our health, the planet, and as well for our animal friends. We ultimately made the transition to an alkaline heavy plant based diet. On day one, we actually threw out our entire kitchen and rebuilt it from scratch in a healthy way. Not long after transitioning, we were addicted to our new healthy habits and the name “Alka-holiks” was born.
